As servant leader I have held scrum training, facilitating, coaching and mentoring both the development team and the Product Owner as well as the stakeholder and external dependencies. I was part of two scrum teams with 12 members each.
I was responsible for the decision-making dashboard as a product with focus area in Scandinavia. Leading the development teams by helping on identifications, evaluations and platform selection process, definition of technical requirements determining technology phases and deliverables.
Management together with my as Product Management scoped the projects and supporting the teams in planning and releases.
As a parallel leading and setting up the department towards an Agile environment and mindset. As a part of Agile transformation group, the goal was to setup guidelines how to adhere Scrum or Kanban
