Psychological Safety

Scrum master’s responsibility is to develop the team’s performance. What capabilities does a high performing team have? In Google re:work Aristotle project the goal was to understand “What makes a team effective at Google?”. The Aristotle project found out five success factors where psychological safety was the most important factor.
