Vi kommer totalt g\u00e5 igenom sju olika stilar och v\u00e5ra medarbetare har valt ut sin personliga favorit. Dessa har vi valt att illustrera med f\u00e4rgstarka karakt\u00e4rer ur filmens v\u00e4rld.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ledarskapsstilen \u201dFacilitator\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Servant leadership \u00e4r en av nycklarna till ett bra agilt ledarskap. Ett s\u00e4tt att demonstrera det \u00e4r genom att anamma \u201dFacilitator\u201d-stilen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Varf\u00f6r valde du att prata om denna stil?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Att facilitera \u00e4r naturligt f\u00f6r mig som person och ledare. Det \u00e4r en stil d\u00e4r man hj\u00e4lper team och individer att vara sitt \u201db\u00e4sta jag\u201d vilket jag trivs med.<\/p>\n<p>Dagligen befinner jag mig i situationer d\u00e4r en faciliterande ledarstil tillf\u00f6r v\u00e4rde. Det kan vara f\u00f6r att komma fram till ett problem, f\u00f6r att komma fram till ett gemensamt beslut eller f\u00f6r att tydligg\u00f6ra en plan.<\/p>\n<p><em>S\u00e5 vad \u00e4r utmaningen i denna stil?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Att acceptera att man p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhand inte vet vilket resultat man skall komma fram till.<\/p>\n<p>Som ledare m\u00f6ts du ofta av f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna att ha koll p\u00e5 l\u00e4get och veta vad som \u00e4r b\u00e4sta l\u00f6sningen. Men som facilitator \u00e4r det viktigt att inte l\u00e5ta dina f\u00f6rutfattade meningar f\u00e4rga av sig p\u00e5 resultatet utan att guida individer och grupper genom en bra process s\u00e5 att man skapar en gemensam f\u00f6rst\u00e5else av problemet och kommer fram till en bra och genomf\u00f6rbar l\u00f6sning.<\/p>\n<p><em>Vad \u00e4r nyckeln till bra facilitering? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nyckeln till bra facilitering \u00e4r f\u00f6rberedelser och att ha en metodik som \u00e4r b\u00e5de robust och agil.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r viktigt att se till att alla f\u00e5r s\u00e5v\u00e4l m\u00f6jlighet att <u>t\u00e4nka efter<\/u> som att g\u00f6ra sig <u>h\u00f6rda<\/u> och att komma fram till <u>genomt\u00e4nkta slutsatser<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p><em>MEQIFY valde att illustrera denna med M, i James Bond-filmerna, varf\u00f6r det?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Chefer agerar ofta som en facilitator. Den tydligg\u00f6r f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och ordnar resurser s\u00e5 att agenten kan sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt utf\u00f6ra uppdraget och uppn\u00e5 m\u00e5let.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tror du andra uppfattar n\u00e4r du intar denna h\u00e5llning?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga som jag t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 ibland. N\u00e4r jag faciliterar en workshop s\u00e5 \u00e4r det tydligt. Men i andra situationer \u00e4r det kanske mer otydligt. Och det kan till och med vara s\u00e5 att min stil varierar under en diskussions g\u00e5ng. Att uttala vilken stil jag anv\u00e4nder och varf\u00f6r kan vara ett s\u00e4tt att \u00f6ka tydligheten.
