Description
- Responsible for execution of work in the team.
This is a collective responsibility. - Responsible for task planning part of sprint planning.
- Decides the amount of work that is allowed to be planned for
any given sprint (iteration cycle). Tells when the cut-line is reached. - Clearly voice the possibility of achieving the high-level plan.
- Owns the Daily Scrum meeting, to co-ordinate work between each other and plan the coming day.
- Self organizes to meet agreed goals.
- Identifies and raises impediments to reaching the sprint goal.
- Team members are transparent on issues. Taking help from team colleagues and surrounding organization.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement in way of working.
