Welcome back to MEQIFY Nicklas Rydje
We are pleased to welcome Nicklas Rydje back to MEQIFY. He has been away from MEQIFY for a year as an Agile Coach with a product company.
The onboarding did not take long and Nicklas could be a co-trainer for the Scrum for Hardware training in October. Starting from November, Nicklas is in an RTE role with Volvo Cars in the next building to us here in Lund.

Agile Exchange Lund 7 April
Den 7 april anordnar vi en ny träff för Agile Exchange Lund. Träffen följer riktlinjerna för Open Space Technology där deltagarna själva kan föreslå diskussionsämnen i 7 olika breakout spaces. Vi börjar 7:45 på morgonen för att ta en kopp kaffe och en macka medans vi sätter agendan innan vi börjar klockan 8:00.
Sven’s journey
This is Sven's story about his agile journey at Ericsson: There we were in 2006: hundreds of software engineers at Ericsson, entering unknown territory. We didn’t have any maps, but we had our battle cry: “Let’s run some projects!”, and an insatiable market. Our normal way of navigating couldn’t help us here. Instead, it was like our naïvety and unexperience actually facilitated a solution!
