Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for quiz contest about Agile History held by MEQIFY AB in september 2022.
Period
The contest is held 2022-09-05 until 2022-09-23 and is organised by MEQIFY AB.
How to participate
You participate by answering the quiz-questions in order to get as many correct answers as possible and submit your email address. Each participant may only make one submission to the contest.
Who can participate?
You must be over 18 years old to participate in the contest.
Prize
The winner will get a user friendly kit for engaging workshops from Neuland.
Who wins?
If one participant has more correct answers than anybody else, he/she is the winner.
Otherwise the winner is decided by drawing lots between the participants with the highest number of correct answers.
How the winner is notified
The winner is notified via email in week 39 2022. If he/she does not answer the mail within 72 hours, another winner is drawn.
The name of the final winner is also published on MEQIFY’s LinkedIn-page.
General Conditions
By playing, participants agree to release MEQIFY from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize. MEQIFY is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the quiz contest.

Your personal information is handled by our own personnel on our own servers with in EU, or on servers belonging to EU-US Privacy-shield-compliant companies:

How long we will keep your personal information
We will keep your information as long as you want to receive our newsletters. When you don’t want any communication from us anymore you just press the “unsubscribe”-link provided in each newsletter.
Your rights
You have the right to know which information we have about you and can ask for it anytime by sending a request to info@meqify.se.
If you aren’t satisfied with the responses you get from us you have the right to contact Datainspektionen with your matter.
