Description

  • Responsible for execution of work in the team.
    This is a collective responsibility.
  • Responsible for task planning part of sprint planning.
  • Decides the amount of work that is allowed to be planned for
    any given sprint (iteration cycle). Tells when the cut-line is reached.
  • Clearly voice the possibility of achieving the high-level plan.
  • Owns the Daily Scrum meeting, to co-ordinate work between each other and plan the coming day.
  • Self organizes to meet agreed goals.
  • Identifies and raises impediments to reaching the sprint goal.
  • Team members are transparent on issues. Taking help from team colleagues and surrounding organization.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement in way of working.
